I forgot to use my discount code. Can that be applied to my order?
If you placed an order and forgot to apply your discount code, please take the following steps:
- 1. Email support@megastarfitness.com
- 2. Send us your order number #MFxxxx and the discount code you were provided.
- 3. We will respond and process within 24 hours
Can i cancel my order?
We try to get orders out as fast as possible. You may cancel your order prior to the order being processed. Once it is processed, we cannot cancel the order.

We usually process your order within 2 days and delivery in about 1 week
How to transport the whole set or multiple products?
We will choose LTL truck delivery or Or use ground express delivery for you according to the actual situation, and inform you of the tracking number after delivery.

WARRANTY&RETURN POLICY
What is Megastar's return policy?
You may return most new, unopened items sold and fulfilled by Megastar within 35 days of receipt for store credit only, less shipping and handling fees. Refunds are issued for products that were out of stock. Items should be returned in their original product packaging. Returns will not be accepted after 35 days of customer receipt.
How does Megastar handle warranty claims?
Megastar provides a limited lifetime warranty on the frame and a one-year warranty on parts for most of our equipment. If you encounter any issues, contact our customer service team with your proof of purchase, and we'll assist you through the warranty claim process.
