Returns & Exchanges
At present, we do not support the exchange service. If you still want to exchange goods, please contact us.
You have 35 days from the date of purchase to request a return or refund. Please review the situations below and follow the steps that match your case.
1. Product Received

Severe Damage or Defect:
If your item arrived with serious scratches, signs of use, or packaging damage, contact us immediately. We will cover return shipping and issue a refund or replacement. -
Wrong Item or Late Delivery (Seller’s Fault):
If you received the wrong product or the delivery was delayed beyond our promised window, we will resolve the issue at our expense. -
Buyer’s Personal Reason (e.g., doesn’t like the item, ordered wrong size):
You may return the product if it is unopened and in original condition. Return shipping is at your cost. -
Improper Use by Buyer:
Refunds will not be granted for damage caused by misuse.
Important: If the package appears damaged upon arrival, please take photos or video and send them with your return request.
2. Product Shipped but Not Received

Delayed Delivery:
If the order hasn't arrived on time, please contact us. If we can’t meet the promised delivery window, you’re eligible for a refund. -
Marked as Delivered, But Not Received:
If tracking shows delivery but you didn’t receive the item and it’s not due to input error (e.g., wrong address), you may request a refund. -
Change of Mind After Shipment:
We’ll attempt to intercept the package, but if successful, return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility.
3. Product Not Yet Shipped

Cancel Within 24 Hours:
If you cancel within 24 hours of purchase, you will receive a full refund within 1–3 business days.
Refund Process

Damaged Item:
Email us your order number and photos/videos of the product. We’ll review and proceed with a refund or exchange. -
Return for Personal Reason:
Email your order number and proof that the item is unopened and in original packaging. Once approved, return the product at your cost. A refund will be issued upon inspection. -
Cancellation While in Transit:
Contact us to intercept the shipment. Return shipping will be deducted from the refund after we receive the product.

Address Changes & Order Cancellations
We can only accommodate address change or order cancellation requests within 12 hours of order placement.

Please email us immediately at support@megastarfitness.com if you need to make changes.

After 12 hours, your order will be in processing or shipped, and we will no longer be able to modify or cancel it.

Warranty Service
We offer a complimentary 365-day warranty on all items sold on megastarfitness.com, starting from the date of receipt. After this period, we provide maintenance services at the customer's expense.
Warranty Exclusions
Warranty service does not cover products affected by:
Accidents, damage, neglect, abuse, or misuse.
Improper assembly, installation, or maintenance.
Abnormal operating conditions or modifications.
General wear and tear are expected from normal use.
Warranty services are not transferable and are limited to the original purchaser. Services are also restricted to items located within the service territory at the time of the service request.
