MEGASTAR Shipping Policy

At MEGASTAR, we are committed to delivering high-quality fitness equipment with fast, reliable, and transparent shipping services. Here’s everything you need to know about how we get your order to your doorstep.


Free Standard Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on all orders within the contiguous United States, excluding:

  • Alaska

  • Hawaii

  • U.S. Virgin Islands

  • Puerto Rico

  • Military bases


Processing Time

  • Standard Processing: 1–2 business days

  • Exceptions: Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day

  • High Volume Periods: Processing may take longer during promotional events. If delays occur, you will be notified via email.


Delivery Time

  • Estimated Delivery: 3–5 business days after shipping

  • Tracking: A shipping confirmation email with tracking details will be sent. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking to update.


Shipping Carriers

We primarily work with UPS and FedEx, choosing the optimal carrier based on your delivery address and our warehouse location.


Shipping Coverage

We currently ship only within the U.S. mainland (48 states). For excluded regions, please reach out to support@megastarfitness.com for possible solutions.

Shipping Location
We ship within United States only excluding Alaska, Hawaii, US Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico, Guam, military and air force bases. 

With respect to Hawaii Orders, you may use SHIPTOHAWAII service to transit your package. MEGASTAR provides free shipping service from the MEGASTAR warehouse to the transit warehouse.


Address Changes

  • Requests for address changes must be made within 12 hours of placing the order.

  • Once an order has been dispatched, address changes may not be possible.

  • Only one change is allowed per order, and additional shipping fees will be charged to the customer if applicable.


Taxes

Sales tax is calculated based on your shipping address and local state regulations. Tax amount will be visible during checkout.


Delivery Delays Due to Special Circumstances

While we strive to meet our estimated delivery windows, delays may occur due to:

  • Natural disasters

  • Government restrictions

  • Social disruptions
    If impacted, you will be updated via email or our website.
