Megastar Fitness stands behind its products: the design, manufacturing, packaging, and delivery process. We strive to make everyone satisfied with their purchase and offer a 35 Day No Sweat Guarantee. In the first 35 days of receiving your product, if you are unsatisfied for any reason, we will perform a return or refund (on a case-by-case basis). Beyond this 35-day window, the product you ordered from Megastar Fitness is covered by one of the following warranties. The warranties begin from the day of purchase.

Lifetime Warranty *
Megastar will warranty this product for the lifetime of the product from defects in appearance and performance on account of inapt material, delivery, and workmanship prior to the purchaser receiving the product. This Lifetime Warranty coverage ends when the product becomes unusable for reasons other than defects in materials or workmanship. The warranty only applies to the original purchaser of the product as long as they own it. This warranty cannot be transferred or claimed by anyone other than the original purchaser.
For Specific Period Warranties
Megastar will warranty this product from defects in appearance and performance on account of inapt material, delivery, and workmanship prior to the purchaser receiving the product. This warranty will be recognized for a period of time (as stated above) from the purchase date of the product. The warranty only applies to the original purchaser of the product as long as they own it. This warranty cannot be transferred or claimed by anyone other than the original purchaser.
For All Warranties
Warranty may be voided for any product which has been damaged due to negligent or faulty use, abuse, alteration, maintenance, storage or handling by the user. Any specific issues the original purchaser has with a Megastar product will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
Warranties On Returns & Replacements
Any item that is replaced via Return or Reimbursement will be covered under a transferable warranty. For example, if an item that is purchased and has a 2 year warranty gets replaced in the first 5 months, the replacement item will be covered for the remaining 1 year and 7 months of the original 2 year warranty. This Transferable Warranty applies to any items that are replaced with a new item directly by Megastar, or indirectly via reimbursement and repurchase of the same item by the customer.
